Not for the Faint of Heart

Like Croucher's first young adult novel, Not For the Faint of Heart is a delightful and action-packed romcom. It has a quirky and loveable cast of characters and thrilling romps in the forest, reminiscent of Disney's iconic animated film Robin Hood (yes, the one with the foxes). Overall, this book is lush and fast-paced, and reminds me of the smell of moss and horses, and the comforting taste of a stew after a long day.
