Pathogenesis

Microbes and viruses have a long-lasting symbiotic relationship with humans, to the extent that one could make the argument for our coevolution, a proces in which we have shaped eachother in more ways than simply genetically. Kennedy takes a deeper look at this relationship and the ways in which the microbial world has come to constitute its own socially-constructed entity, enacting its effects on human society both materially and semiotically.
