Påskekrim
Påskekrim - translated as 'Easter crime' - is the period just before spring in Norway when the country embraces crime fiction. From newly released Scandinoir novels to TV shows screened specially over this period, Norwegians celebrate the end of winter with one final period of getting cosy with crime. We've decided to join them this year, sharing some of our favourite crime and mystery novels - from new releases to unmissable classics. Each of our selected titles has something a little special about them: a thoroughly original sleuth, a particularly atmospheric setting, a dazzlingly clever take on a classic trope or an irresistibly intriguing first line.
